Surface Pattern

Been toying with surface pattern a lot lately so imagine my joy when I saw the Tigerprint competition this month was…tadadadadadadaaa….surface pattern.

I duly got to work on a simple illustration that reflected Spring, played around with colours and composition….then I read the terms and conditions of submitting my work as an entry to said competition and swiftly changed my mind…I’ll keep it as a souvenir instead

It’s been an extremely busy month both workwise and personally…just checking in quickly to show Im still here and havent been accidentally locked in a cupboard or beamed up into outer space and stored in an intergalactic space museum next to Elvis.

Working on lots of projects at the moment and hopefully I’ll be allowed to show y’all some scraps soon

Pen and Ink

Happy 2010 to everyone – here’s an A4 pen and ink drawing I did a couple of days ago. I havent worked with just pen and ink for a while but it’s something I’ll work on more this year. As well as eating more cakes, making my first million, world domination etc etc etc
